ISBA, a long-term customer of Iglu, wanted to modernise its workplace technology and improve collaboration across the organisation and with its members. The challenge centred on getting data and communications infrastructure ready for new AI and conferencing capabilities, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, cloud services, and AV/communications tools.

Iglu delivered a seamless Microsoft Copilot implementation, supported by a data readiness review to ensure ISBA’s infrastructure was secure and prepared for advanced AI features. Iglu also installed a new AV and video conferencing solution that significantly improved internal communication and remote member engagement, making meetings more efficient and collaborative.
