Hymns Ancient & Modern, a long-established publisher of religious publications, needed to move its large on-premises server estate to the cloud to maintain strong performance and uptime for time-sensitive publication deadlines. Vendor Iglu helped address challenges around multiple sites, remote workers, and the risks of hardware failure or site loss, using Microsoft Azure as the cloud platform.

Iglu migrated the customer’s servers to Azure, enabling centrally accessible systems, geo-replication, and near-instant failover with Azure Site Recovery. The result was improved uptime, better performance through scalable virtual resources, and greater flexibility to increase or decrease compute capacity as needed, while also shifting from capital-heavy hardware refresh cycles to a usage-based operating cost model.
