StateCover Mutual, a specialised insurer serving workplace risks across New South Wales and covering around 94% of eligible councils and roughly 31,000 employees, needed to centralise internal digital assets and boost employee collaboration with an intuitive, scalable ticketing and support forum. They engaged Iglu to address these challenges, selecting an Oxygen Intranet and integrated HelpDesk solution to unify communication and support workflows.

Iglu implemented the Oxygen Intranet plus two integrated Oxygen HelpDesk instances, integrating Active Directory-driven "Baseball Card" staff profiles, Yammer, digital asset and policy libraries, announcements, events and CEO communications. The solution streamlined support ticketing across project teams, improved colleague discovery and internal cohesion, and drove widespread adoption of intranet tools—supporting StateCover’s service to ~31,000 employees and reinforcing operations across 94% of eligible councils.
