Coregeo, a specialist in taking fresh produce brands to market through intellectual property protection, brand management, and trade and consumer marketing, was struggling to manage complex monthly licensee sales return processes using multiple Excel spreadsheets. This created a significant administrative burden, increased the risk of errors, and raised concerns about whether the process could scale as the business grew. Iglu worked with Coregeo to address these spreadsheet dependency and data integrity challenges.

Iglu designed and implemented a web-based portal for licensees to submit sales returns into a Microsoft SQL database, alongside a separate web application for office staff to process data and generate reports at the click of a button. The new system delivered faster, more accurate reporting that had previously taken days to produce in spreadsheets, while also providing a more robust foundation for growth. Since launch, Iglu has further evolved the solution to add quality control, additional brand management, and advanced financial reporting.
