The customer, Vendigolf, is a technology provider for the Australian golf industry. They faced a challenge with remotely located regional golf courses, where unstaffed operations and complicated processes made renting golf carts difficult for golfers and manpower-intensive for clubs. Vendigolf partnered with Igloohome to automate access and payment management.

Igloohome implemented its Keybox 3 smart lock solution and integrated its igloodeveloper API with Vendigolf's booking platform. This allowed for fully self-attended golf cart rentals, where golfers receive PIN codes to access keys without on-site staff. The solution from Igloohome led to a dramatic increase in golf cart usage for client clubs, more than tripling and sometimes increasing tenfold, while providing valuable rental data and visibility.
