Their manual key-based system was resource-intensive, requiring staff to be physically present to handle keys and creating security concerns regarding loss or duplication. They partnered with Igloohome to find a smart and secure access solution.
Igloohome implemented its smart padlocks and integrated them with the customer's booking system via the iglooworks API. This automated the entire process, generating unique PIN codes for each booking. The solution resulted in the deployment of over 1,400 Igloohome padlocks within the first year, facilitating over 17,000 contactless bookings and serving more than 30,000 customers. This allowed Point 65 Sweden to efficiently expand its operations.
