Trinsic Technologies, an Austin-based managed IT and cloud solutions provider, launched its Anytime Cloud DaaS and needed a stable, easily managed desktop delivery and endpoint management solution that met security and regulatory needs across industries like healthcare and financial services. They chose IGEL, deploying IGEL Universal Desktop thin clients, the IGEL Universal Desktop Converter (UDC), IGEL OS and the IGEL Universal Management Suite alongside Parallels to replace unstable thin client desktops and centralize endpoint management.

IGEL’s deployment let Trinsic centrally manage endpoints, convert existing hardware to secure IGEL OS endpoints, and deliver virtual desktops in a way that addressed HIPAA and other data-security concerns. As a result, Trinsic cut time spent on trouble tickets by about 35%, grew its thin‑client installed base from under 5% to roughly 15% (with plans to at least double), and realized improved operational efficiency and revenue growth driven by IGEL’s management and security capabilities.
