A IGEL Case Study
Anthony Nolan, the pioneering blood cancer charity, needed to migrate from Windows 7 to Windows 10 while enabling multimedia and online collaboration. Their legacy thin clients didn’t support Citrix HDX and they required centralized, remote management. To address this, Anthony Nolan selected IGEL and adopted IGEL UD3 multimedia-optimized endpoints together with IGEL UMS, integrated with Citrix VDI and Windows 10.
IGEL delivered UD3 devices across Anthony Nolan’s sites and used IGEL UMS for centralized configuration and remote administration, supporting a modern desktop for more than 300 employees. The deployment improved multimedia access, video conferencing and online training, simplified management without on-site visits, and provided a smooth Windows 10 migration—delivering a more productive, centrally managed workspace.
