1 on 1 Technologies, a technology solutions provider based in Glendale, Arizona, worked with Utah Community Credit Union to address the challenge of managing a growing footprint of end-user devices during the economic recession. The credit union needed to do more with less, reduce strain on its small IT team, and prepare for future growth while improving efficiency. To help meet these needs, 1 on 1 Technologies recommended IGEL thin and zero client solutions.

IGEL provided Utah Community Credit Union with UD2 zero clients, UD3 thin clients with dual and triple monitor support, UD5 thin clients, and the IGEL Universal Management Suite. The solution was easy to implement, reliable, and gave the IT team stronger control over workspace and device management, reducing repair and imaging workload and saving time and costs. IGEL is now being used in the credit union’s Citrix VDI and XenApp environments, with plans to expand the deployment as new branches open.
