1 on 1 Technologies - Customer Case Study

1 on 1 Technologies, a Glendale-based technology solutions provider, was tasked with helping Utah Community Credit Union simplify management of roughly 400 thin/zero clients across more than a dozen locations and reduce strain on a small IT staff. To address this, 1 on 1 Technologies selected IGEL and deployed IGEL Universal Desktop endpoints (UD2, UD3, UD5) together with the IGEL Universal Management Suite to centralize and streamline workspace management.

IGEL’s thin and zero clients integrated seamlessly with the credit union’s Citrix VDI and XenApp environments, enabling centralized control through the IGEL Universal Management Suite. The deployment—managed by 1 on 1 Technologies—proved easy to implement and reliable, reduced time spent on repair and imaging, improved desktop management efficiency, delivered time and cost savings, and is being expanded to new branches.
