Macro Integration Services, a provider of deployment, systems integration and maintenance services for multi-site retailers, selected IFS Field Service Management in 2017 to consolidate inventory, projects, maintenance and support into a single system of record. The company was experiencing rapid 50% year‑over‑year growth and relied on multiple unconnected systems that couldn’t scale, so it needed a fast, low‑disruption enterprise solution.
Macro partnered with Gogh Solutions for a phased, five‑month “crawl‑walk‑run” implementation that integrated IFS FSM with QuickBooks and FedEx. IFS became the system of record for service, parts and project costing while QuickBooks remained the financial ledger; the deployment standardized project management, improved multi‑site inventory and parts logistics, automated nightly invoice transfers to QuickBooks, and positioned Macro to expand maintenance contracts, warranties and advanced servitization.
