Kuźnia Polska S.A., a Polish manufacturer of alloy and carbon steel drop forgings with a 200‑year heritage and in‑house toolroom, supplies automotive, mining, railway and engineering industries. Faced with a patchwork of stand‑alone IT tools and inconsistent data that hindered real‑time analysis and decision‑making, the company sought an integrated ERP to centralize information and improve operational control.

Kuźnia Polska partnered with InfoConsulting to implement IFS ERP (Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, HR and Payroll), going live in January 2015. The system centralized real‑time data entry, improved product traceability, streamlined production and toolroom management, and delivered faster cost insights and better planning — resulting in more efficient processes, tighter cost and quality control, and quicker responses to customer needs.
