Manual paperwork and delayed entry into their ERP (IFS Cloud) caused errors, slow invoicing and poor visibility for dispatchers, threatening margins on costly precast shipments.

By pairing IFS Cloud with Novacura Flow’s low-code platform, Jensen built a tailor-made mobile proof-of-delivery app and a dispatcher Portal that provide real-time shipment data, electronic signatures, photo attachments and GPS-enabled scheduling. The solution eliminated manual data entry, sped invoicing and dispute resolution, improved dispatch accuracy and visibility, and enabled the company to deploy 100+ workflows and multiple portals to further streamline operations.
