Multiplex, a global construction company with nearly 3,600 employees and more than US$66 billion in completed work, has relied on IFS since 2015 to run its construction and finance operations and to manage approval workflows. Erin Pidcock, responsible for continuous training of about 750 project users (and supporting a total of ~1,000 IFS users), faced the challenge of delivering consistent global training and ongoing support with limited resources and prohibitive travel costs.

The solution enabled a smooth rollout as regions went live, reduced training and support costs, sped up user adoption, and improved overall user effectiveness.
