Vectra is Poland’s second-largest cable TV operator and a leading triple-play provider, serving 155 cities and 760,000 subscribers. Rapid growth through frequent acquisitions left the company running multiple disconnected systems and spreadsheets, creating error-prone data transfers and preventing consolidated financial reporting, consistent HR/payroll (including rules for employing disabled staff), and coordinated maintenance and investment management for network modernization.

Vectra implemented IFS across finance and accounting, payroll and HR, distribution and maintenance, consolidating data into an Oracle-backed platform with auditor support and follow-up audits to optimize processes. The rollout delivered integrated data and processes, improved user ergonomics, multidimensional management reporting and near-complete group consolidation, and provided a flexible foundation to run many investment projects and add further capabilities such as integrated billing.
