BPPL, the parent of the Beira Group, is Sri Lanka’s largest brush manufacturer and exporter, employing more than 600 people across five factories and supplying markets in the UK, US, Australasia and the Middle East. Focused on sustainable materials and global expansion, BPPL needed scalable, flexible systems to control costs and adapt to changing customer demands — its legacy, disparate systems made reporting slow and prevented a single view of operations.

Implementing IFS gave BPPL an integrated, user-friendly platform that sped reporting and decision-making, improved cost tracking and production visibility (On Time Tracking of raw materials) and delivered almost 100% On Time Full Delivery of export orders. Since adoption, productivity rose from 65% to 85% (since 2008), revenue increased, customer responsiveness improved, and staff gained time for innovation and development of more eco-friendly products.
