IFS realizes seamless intercompany processes for Dolezych, driving digitalization and organizational transformation company-wide

Dolezych, founded in 1935, is one of Europe’s largest suppliers of cables and load‑securing equipment, employing 650 people with manufacturing in Germany and Poland and subsidiaries worldwide. The company faced fragmented legacy systems across sites that hampered intercompany processes, accurate KPI tracking, international production and sales planning, and required a major data‑cleansing effort before any migration.

After selecting IFS in 2018 and going live in July 2022, Dolezych rolled out an integrated IFS ERP to 250 users in Dortmund and Katowice with plans for further country rollouts. A stabilization phase was followed by optimization work — including barcode-driven warehouse data collection — delivering a single source of truth, real‑time alignment of finance and production, improved inventory visibility, richer KPIs and a foundation for web shop, PIM and EDI integrations to enhance customer experience.
