Hexagon Agility experiences Robust Operations with IFS Applications 10

Hexagon Agility, a global leader in clean-fuel systems and Type 4 composite cylinders for medium- and heavy-duty fleets, faced rising complexity after years of growth through acquisition and partnerships. Its legacy IFS Applications 8 implementation was not embedded deeply across operations, leaving manual processes, limited visibility into work orders and capacity, and a need for better training and integrations to improve order-to-ship times and customer experience.

Working with IFS partner Nayo Technologies, Hexagon Agility upgraded to IFS Applications 10 across seven sites in about two and a half months with minimal disruption. The move preserved customizations, enabled capacity planning, shop-floor workbench, maintenance, warehouse management and AP automation, and delivered tighter order-to-ship processes, reduced overtime and expedited freight, accurate product costing for confident pricing, and faster rollouts of new initiatives thanks to a layered architecture that simplifies future changes.
