HEF Group consolidates development by harmonising processes

HEF Group, a French-based world leader in surface engineering with over 75 sites in 21 countries, €207M turnover and 3,000 employees, needed to modernize and harmonize its processes to support continued international growth. Its legacy IT system—about twenty years old—was replaced to provide a unified, agile platform across all plants and networks.

HEF chose the IFS ERP solution with integrator K4-U for its functional depth and usability, and began a staged rollout on 1 March 2021 across 10 French plants. The implementation will expand internationally (including the USA, China, India and Germany) and, within three years, will support nearly 500 employees across production, logistics, finance, quality and project management—delivering consolidated processes and scalable global operations.
