FNSS is a globally recognized Turkish land defense company that designs and manufactures tracked and wheeled armored vehicles. Faced with the need to move to a project-based production model—managing multiple simultaneous projects with low lot sizes, tight cost control, and deep system integration as part of a wider digital transformation—FNSS required an ERP that was flexible, easy to use, and able to integrate with PLM and other systems.

FNSS adopted IFS as its digital backbone, integrating it with PLM, a supplier portal (used by 300+ suppliers), a custom MES and a BI portal to provide real-time, bidirectional supply chain and production data. The result was improved project cost visibility and contract management, shorter delivery times, rapid remote-work enablement during the pandemic, faster ROI, sustained agility and a strengthened global competitive position.
