Executive Jet Management (EJM), a private jet charter and aircraft maintenance company, sought to become a paperless operation to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The company faced the dual challenge of meeting strict FAA regulatory requirements for electronic record-keeping and overcoming the aviation industry's reliance on paper-based processes. To achieve this goal, they turned to the IFS Maintenix aviation maintenance software from vendor IFS.

IFS implemented its IFS Maintenix solution, which included e-signatures and document scanning capabilities, designed in collaboration with EJM to meet all FAA, CASA, and EASA regulations.
