Energo-Pro Georgia streamlines management and enhances operational efficiency with IFS

Energo-Pro Georgia, the country’s largest electricity producer with 15 hydropower plants (482 MW), a 110 MW gas-fired plant and more than 1.2 million customers, faced fragmented IT systems that hampered asset visibility, project execution and maintenance of a large investment program. The company needed an integrated ERP to unify data, improve transparency and support complex maintenance, logistics and project workflows.

Energo-Pro selected IFS, began implementation in 2014 and went live in 2017, rolling the system out to ~340 users across finance, maintenance, logistics, HR and projects. IFS consolidated IT systems and delivered accurate, up-to-date data, faster fault response, better inventory control and stronger project and financial management—improving internal communication and operational control while laying the groundwork for enhanced planning and budgeting.
