DEMCO Public Company Limited is a Thai electrical engineering and utilities contractor (about 390 employees) that runs more than 100 projects a year. The company struggled with outdated, manual legacy systems that produced late cost recognition, disconnected information across teams and poor project cost control, prompting a search for a modern project and financial management solution.
DEMCO implemented the IFS ERP with partner Raceku Thai and adopted a one-system policy, replacing paper processes and providing targeted training. The result was real-time, connected data across departments, reduced redundant steps, improved cost control and faster decision-making, reliable delivery against time/budget/quality and smoother remote working, with plans to roll the system out to subsidiaries and pursue further digital investments.
