The solution also supported complex onboarding requirements such as security checks, ID verification, and nominated account credential checks, while helping the bank create capacity through greater automation and self-service. As a result, Cambridge & Counties Bank gained a scalable digital service that improves customer journeys and supports ongoing digital innovation, though no specific numerical impact was provided.
