Retailability, a South African retail group operating over 430 stores, needed a budgeting and reporting solution to address multi-currency and multiple-ledger limits in SAGE 300. After evaluation they selected IDU and implemented the idu-Concept Reporting Module in October 2018 followed by the idu-Concept Budgeting Module in December 2018.

IDU configured and deployed idu-Concept’s reporting and budgeting modules to replace Excel-based processes, simplify reporting and speed up month-end close. The solution was delivered on time and within budget; Retailability reports much simpler reporting, a significantly shorter month-end preparation period, budgeting cycles reduced from months to weeks, and a budgeting system aligned to their business requirements.
