The Warehouse, one of New Zealand’s largest retail groups with over $3 billion in sales and 260+ stores, was struggling with an inefficient budgeting and reporting process after abandoning its ERP budgeting module for spreadsheet-based budgeting that required reconciling data from around 200 different sources. To fix this, The Warehouse selected IDU and its budgeting product idu-Concept to replace the manual, time-consuming process and restore ownership and control of budget numbers.
