IDU simplifies and speeds up budgeting and planning at SMCT

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) is a not-for-profit that manages eight Melbourne cemeteries with a wide range of memorialisation packages, facilities and services. Planning and budgeting across multiple locations, stakeholders and revenue streams had become a significant administrative and finance burden for SMCT — Excel-based consolidation was time-consuming, error-prone and made monitoring volumes, expenses and committed resources difficult. To address this, SMCT turned to IDU and its idu-Concept budgeting and reporting solution.
