Challenge Community Services, a large regional NSW disability and community support provider with over 580 staff, was struggling after rapid growth and a widely dispersed branch network: budgeting in Excel and distributing static monthly reports left managers without drill-down visibility or efficient consolidation across roughly 100 individual budgets.
