CRAN invests in IDU for functionally rich, cost effective and user friendly financial management

CRAN, the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, needed a cost‑effective, online financial management solution that could be administered with minimal IT support. In April 2014 CRAN selected IDU and implemented IDU’s Financial Budgeting, Financial Reporting and Analytics modules (idu‑Concept Administrator) to meet those requirements.

IDU delivered a user‑friendly idu‑Concept solution that CRAN can manage without system development skills or heavy IT support, producing significant cost savings and more efficient work processes. CRAN specifically praised IDU’s Recodes and Accruals reporting functionality and responsive helpdesk, which improved accounting controls and reduced ongoing support and consulting needs.
