SSS Management Services, a facilities and security management business operating across 13,000 buildings, needed a more flexible FM system that could scale cost-effectively and better support both its own operations and customer needs. Idox implemented CAFM Explorer to improve productivity, visibility, and collaboration through web-based self-service Help Desk, PPM, and reporting modules. The system enabled SSS Management Services to handle over 300,000 calls a year more efficiently, give customers and contractors direct access to update jobs on the move, and improve tracking against budget. Since adopting the platform in 2016, SSS has used it to retain customers, win new business, and strengthen its proposition, with plans to expand into QR-based asset and cost management.
