Aspire Defence Capital Works (ADCW), part of KBR Aspire Defence, is responsible for delivering new and refurbished accommodation for the British Army across Salisbury Plain and Aldershot. As its projects grew in scale and complexity, ADCW needed a better way to manage huge volumes of documents, improve collaboration, and replace slow manual processes based on LAN and email.

To address this, ADCW implemented Idox’s FusionLive, a secure cloud-based Engineering Information Management solution for document control, workflows, and collaboration. Idox says the platform helped improve consistency, communication, and visibility across the project, while giving ADCW better control over sensitive documents, an audit trail, and easier access for architects, designers, and subcontractors working across 535 assets and multiple approval stages.
