Midwest Food Bank, which serves 900 nonprofit organizations from seven distribution centers across four states, faced low and fragmented online giving—online donations were only 2% of total revenue and each location used different tools, making reporting and fundraising decentralized. To address this, the organization implemented iDonate’s online donation platform and giving forms to standardize and simplify their digital fundraising.

Using iDonate’s simple, integratable giving forms and expanded giving options (including noncash and recurring gifts), Midwest Food Bank standardized online giving across all sites, made updates without a web vendor, and boosted online donations to 8% of total revenue ($320,000 of $4,000,000 in 2014). iDonate also enabled targeted campaigns that yielded seven vehicle donations in one week (plus more thereafter) and increased repeat monthly giving, demonstrating measurable growth and operational efficiencies.
