Campus Outreach International grows fundraising 8.5% with iDonate

Campus Outreach International, a religious organization focused on college campuses, faced a challenge when it needed to operationally separate its national office from its original Birmingham chapter. This restructuring required a new digital giving solution that could manage the transition of recurring donor payments without disruption and support a new parent/child organizational model for its many franchises. They partnered with iDonate for its peer-to-peer fundraising service.

iDonate implemented a solution by creating a new giving instance for the national office, Campus Outreach Serve, and establishing it as a parent organization to the chapters. This allowed for the seamless transfer of recurring payments and gave other franchises the autonomy to run campaigns while providing the national office with performance visibility. As a result, iDonate helped Campus Outreach Birmingham and Campus Outreach Serve achieve a combined 8.5% growth in fundraising in 2019 compared to the previous year.
