Belmont Abbey College needed a way to increase the impact of its 2021 Giving Tuesday campaign and reach donors beyond email and social media. To do that, the college partnered with iDonate and used peer-to-peer fundraising to engage a broader donor network.
With iDonate’s peer-to-peer fundraising pages and easy-to-use tools for student-athletes, Belmont Abbey College raised more than $276,000 on Giving Tuesday. The campaign brought in 1,063 new donors, 92% of total Giving Tuesday revenue came from peer-to-peer fundraising, and the average gift size was $164.
