Orangetheory Fitness, a data-driven boutique fitness brand, faced high churn and underused memberships and wanted to turn workout data into motivation to boost attendance. To do this they partnered with Idomoo and its enterprise-grade personalized video platform to extend members’ in-gym heart-rate and workout metrics into bespoke, shareable year‑in‑review videos.

Idomoo produced individualized highlight videos (complete with members’ performance stats and a custom BPM soundtrack) that celebrated progress and encouraged continued attendance; the campaign drove 45,000 classes booked during launch week, a record-high 97% attendance, the lowest monthly churn in Orangetheory Fitness history, 100% positive social mentions and a New York Festivals award — prompting Orangetheory to run the program again.
