Ahead of Foxy Bingo’s 15th anniversary, Entain partnered with Idomoo to deploy Personalized Video aimed at boosting retention and player engagement with a timely, highly relevant campaign.

Idomoo ran A/B tests comparing a static pop-up to Personalized Video and delivered three personalized campaigns that included players’ first names and favorite games. The Idomoo-powered videos outperformed the pop-up, driving strong engagement and conversion — 62% clicked to watch, 78% watched to completion and 88% redeemed the reward — prompting Entain to expand Personalized Video across other brands.
