To deliver a more personal, scalable thank‑you that would reduce churn and boost loyalty, Delta Airlines partnered with agency Digitas and vendor Idomoo to explore data‑driven personalized video.
Using Idomoo’s dynamic personalized video platform, Delta Airlines produced hundreds of thousands of individualized year‑in‑review videos (showing miles flown, ranking, cities visited, upgrades, etc.) designed for social sharing. The campaign achieved 5x higher CTR versus the client benchmark, an 80% video completion rate and over 3 million social impressions, driving strong engagement, social buzz and reinforced customer loyalty.
