BT, a leading multinational telecommunications provider, faced the challenge of helping large corporations accelerate digital transformation while delivering quick wins that improve engagement, reduce call volumes, increase sales and build customer loyalty. To meet these needs, BT partnered with Idomoo and adopted Idomoo’s Personalized Video as a Service (PVaaS) to create high-impact, personalized communications for clients and its own retail customers.

Together BT and Idomoo combined Idomoo’s PVaaS cloud platform with BT’s cloud delivery and professional services to deploy scalable, personalized video campaigns. The collaboration produced strong, measurable results: an 83% completion rate, 6X uplift in CTOR, 9X uplift in CTR and 2X ROI within the first three months; the channel was deemed the best-performing for a mortgage renewal program. The program has delivered dozens of campaigns across multiple countries, driven recurring revenue growth, and accelerated campaign launch times.
