UNTUCKit switches to ID.me to optimize the promotional checkout experience and accelerate demand

UNTUCKit, a rapidly growing apparel brand known for its shirts, faced a challenge extending its long-standing in-store military and affinity discounts to eCommerce. ID.me implemented its group verification service and a turnkey Shopify plugin that verifies customers at checkout (charging only for successful verifications) and markets offers through ID.me Shop. The integration was seamless, enabled expansion to multiple groups, and placed a “Verify with ID.me” button in-cart; ID.me orders convert nearly 10x higher than site average, ID.me Shop email placements drive a 60% average increase in verifications, and the program has driven a 7% month-over-month revenue increase for UNTUCKit.
