ID.me’s solution enabled real-time online verification of military status (with the Tessitura ticketing launch), reducing fraud risk and smoothing the purchase experience while allowing future expansion to other affinity groups like first responders and teachers. Since the February Tessitura rollout, George Washington’s Mount Vernon sold 2,164 discounted military tickets online—2.49% of online ticket sales—demonstrating improved conversion and guest experience.
