NTT DATA Corporation, a leading global IT services provider headquartered in Tokyo, needed a more flexible and reliable way to support database design across fluctuating project phases and multiple development sites. Idera implemented a comprehensive 1,000-license agreement for ER/Studio, supported by a network license management server so NTT DATA could pool licenses and make the tool available on demand across group companies. As a result, development sites could access ER/Studio immediately, start new projects faster, share design work among multiple team members, and respond flexibly to changing project demands, with same-day availability of the tool cited as a measurable improvement.
