Allen ISD, a K-12 school district in suburban Texas serving more than 21,000 students, needed a modern identity management solution to replace an outdated portal with limited functionality, nightly syncing, and no automated account claim process. With Identity Automation, the district sought cloud-based identity and access management to improve provisioning speed, strengthen security, and deliver a better user experience across campuses and roles.

Identity Automation implemented RapidIdentity, including Lifecycle Management, Authentication, ShieldID, and PhishID, to automate account provisioning, support SSO and MFA, enable more granular role-based access, and improve threat protection. As a result, Allen ISD now provisions new teacher and staff accounts within the hour, has reduced password-reset burden through pictograph and QR code authentication, and has improved support and risk mitigation, with the district praising Identity Automation’s responsiveness and the seamless migration.
