Prosegur engages over 100,000 front-line employees to make the world a safer place

Prosegur, a global leader in security technology and services, needed a way to run a global innovation challenge that engaged its roughly 160,000 employees across 26 countries and multiple languages. Their goal was to boost cross-functional collaboration, capture thousands of front-line ideas, and quickly route, evaluate, and prioritize the best concepts. To do this, Prosegur chose Ideawake’s innovation platform.

Ideawake configured and supported a multi–business-unit program with customizable challenges, gamification, custom scorecards, crowd voting, real-time translation and chat, and workflows to move ideas through evaluation. The program generated 1,149 ideas, 50,880 comments, 274,000 votes across 16 challenges in 26 countries, engaged over 100,000 front-line employees, and enabled Prosegur to shortlist and accelerate top solutions into their internal accelerator program.
