Prosegur, a global leader in security technology and services, faced the challenge of engaging its 160,000 employees across 26 countries in multiple languages to improve cross-functional collaboration. They sought a fun and engaging method to capture, evaluate, and prioritize thousands of ideas for their internal accelerator program. To address this, they partnered with vendor Ideawake and its idea management platform.

The solution implemented by Ideawake provided each business unit with a customizable process to run its own innovation challenge. Key features included gamification, real-time chat, and multi-language translation to foster collaboration and engagement. The results were significant, with 16 challenges launched, 1,149 ideas posted, 274,000 votes placed, and 50,880 comments, successfully engaging their massive, global workforce.
