To address this, they partnered with vendor Ideawake to launch the Kennedys Ideas Lab.

Powered by Ideawake's idea management platform, the solution crowdsourced ideas from employees worldwide. Ideawake provided a custom communications plan and coaching to maximize engagement. The results were highly successful, with over 100 ideas submitted from 811 employees. This process led to 6 projects being greenlit for prototyping and development, with the original submitters driving the initiatives.
