Aurora Health Care, the largest employer in Wisconsin, sought to tap into its 35,000 employees' ideas to improve patient experience. They had previously used a basic online form with low engagement. Partnering with Ideawake, they implemented its idea management platform to create a more interactive and engaging system for collecting feedback from front-line caregivers.

Ideawake designed a solution for Aurora's Oshkosh region, launching two innovation challenges promoted with custom materials. The platform generated significant immediate engagement, doubling the number of signups and ideas from a prior year's pilot on its first day. As a result, six top-voted ideas entered development, and Aurora plans to run four challenges annually. Ideawake successfully provided a scalable way to collect and manage employee ideas.
