ZGF Architects LLP, an award-winning design firm, needed better ways to manage increasingly complex project data, tight schedules, and growing collaboration demands across disciplines. Working with Ideate Software, ZGF used Autodesk Revit along with Ideate BIMLink and Ideate Explorer for Revit to help handle these challenges.

Ideate Software’s tools let ZGF rapidly update model information, coordinate data across spreadsheets and Revit, and audit models more efficiently. The results were substantial: sequentially numbering and tagging about 1,400 parking stalls took about 20 minutes instead of two days, and a custom data-field task involving thousands of medical equipment items was reduced to a 15-minute process.
