CSI Global Services, a BIM consulting firm serving AEC projects worldwide, needed a better way to manage model data, schedules, engineering inputs, cost information, and 4D/5D workflows across complex Revit-based projects. Working with Ideate Software, the team used Ideate BIMLink and Ideate Explorer for Revit to streamline data handling and reduce manual model selection and cleanup.

Ideate Software’s tools enabled CSI Global Services to export and update Revit data through Excel, populate shared parameters, support construction programming in Navisworks, and manage large model selections and grouped elements more efficiently. The results included faster workflows, improved coordination, and measurable time savings—such as a two-day reduction when selecting and coding curtain wall mullions for a 4D workflow—helping CSI deliver major hospital, road, rail, and resource projects more successfully.
