Accuracy Transcends Speed for Contier Arquitetura

Contier Arquitetura, an architecture and urban planning firm in São Paulo, Brazil, was managing the highly complex Petrobras headquarters project, which involved more than 28 disciplines, multiple Revit files, and large volumes of BIM data. The team needed a reliable way to standardize room names, parameter values, and family data across sub-files while avoiding inconsistencies that could break schedules and create errors. To address this, Contier Arquitetura turned to Ideate Software and its Ideate BIMLink solution, alongside Autodesk Revit and Excel.

With Ideate Software’s Ideate BIMLink, Contier Arquitetura was able to pull BIM data into Excel, standardize it, and push it back into Revit with greater accuracy and control. The result was faster updates, fewer data errors, and a strong improvement in quality control—what previously could take days across multiple files could now be done in about an hour for some tasks.
