Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Co. Ltd., China’s largest domestic star‑rated hotel management company with 116 hotels and about 37,000 guestrooms, was expanding rapidly into new cities and needed to strengthen revenue management to keep pace. The five pilot hotels saw immediate, measurable gains in the first 11 months of 2013 versus the prior year—revenue increases of 0.5–4.2% and RGI improvements up to 8.9% (for example, West Capital +4.2% revenue/+6.5% RGI; Jin Jiang Tower Shanghai +2.3% revenue/+5.65% RGI)—demonstrating clear uplift from IDeaS’s solution.
